At The Feed, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fueling strategy. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unopened, non-perishable food items and gear.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unopened products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
